hi all, does anyone have any experience with OLD A T & T Wavepoint AP's? I had two given to me brand new.these are the 2.4 GHZ models.. they also made identical loking ones in the 915 hz as well.. I can not get them to set up correctly with the suppled DOS based s etup utility? These are only 2 MB /sec throughput . wanting to use them for experimemtal purposes,,at least!! im wanting to use them along with three dlink dwl-520 WIFI cards I have set the speed in the dlink config to restrict them to 2 MB throughput,, I cant get the roaming and all the other stuff to work I never get a link light either with the AP's/ connected to a switch).?im guessing the drivers on the floppy are required to initialize the APs,, in DOS mode??Ive read all the docs supplied with the diskette but have found nothing on the net about troubleshotting these puppies,, these came out around 1994-5 i m guessing.. I have them jumpered correctly ( I think)?.. Any info appreciated,, Barry
