missing file

While setting up my network on a Win98 pc, I made a change that caused the message "missing NWNBLINK.VXD" WHEN i RESET.

I do not know what change that I made caused this. I can't find the file and I don't know how to put it back. Do I need to reinstall something?

try uninstalling the Microsoft networking and re installing and see if this clears it up.
